### Vocabulary in Context
Let's use the vocabulary in sentences that relate to Maria's diary entry.

- 祭り (まつり, matsuri)

- 神社 (じんじゃ, jinja)
```

- 山鉾 (やまぼこ, yamaboko)

- 歴史 (れきし, rekishi)

- 暑い (あつい, atsui)
```
京都は七月に暑いです。
(きょうとはしちがつにあついです。)
Kyōto wa shichigatsu ni atsui desu.
Kyoto is hot in July.
```

- 見る (みる, miru)
```
祭りを見ます。
(まつりをみます。)
Matsuri o mimasu.
I watch the festival.
```

- 楽しむ (たのしむ, tanoshimu)
```
祭りを楽しみます。
(まつりをたのしみます。)
Matsuri o tanoshimimasu.
