#### Vocabulary in Context
Let's use the vocabulary in sentences that relate to Maria's experience with Shodo.

- 書道 (しょどう, shodō)

```

- 筆 (ふで, fude)
```
筆を使います。
(ふでをつかいます。)
Fude o tsukaimasu.
Use a brush.
```

- 墨 (すみ, sumi)

- 呼吸する (こきゅうする, kokyū suru)

ゆっくり呼吸します。

```

- 失敗する (しっぱいする, shippai suru)
```
最初は失敗します。
(さいしょはしっぱいします。)

- 成功する (せいこうする, seikō suru)
```
