#### Vocabulary in Context

- 人魚 (にんぎょ, ningyo)

- 不死 (ふし, fushi)
```

- 苦しみ (くるしみ, kurushimi)
```
しかし、永遠の苦しみを招きます。

- 食べる (たべる, taberu)

- 永遠 (えいえん, eien)
```

- 欲望 (よくぼう, yokubō)
```

- 警告 (けいこく, keikoku)
```

- 神話 (しんわ, shinwa)
```
日本の神話に人魚が出てきます。
(にほんのしんわににんぎょがでてきます。)
Nihon no shinwa ni ningyo ga detekimasu.
Mermaids appear in Japanese mythology.
```

- 文化 (ぶんか, bunka)
```
この話は日本の文化に深く根ざしています。
(このはなしはにほんのぶんかにふかくねざしています。)
Kono hanashi wa Nihon no bunka ni fukaku nezashiteimasu.
This story is deeply rooted in Japanese culture.
